We also have an important update regarding your Voidfarer codes. As mentioned previously, if you ever had a Voidfarer account with us, you may have found yourself unable to apply these codes. We are now in touch with our merchant-of-record, and they have assured us that this is a flow oversight that has a simple workaround:
- 1. Cancel your Voidfarer subscription at https://store.sublightgames.com/supporters
- 2. Wait for the currently active subscription to run out
- 3. Purchase a new annual subscription with your provided discount code (sent to your provided email dated Dec 22, 2024)
- Be sure to use the code for your 100% discount! This opportunity presents itself on the checkout page. Used properly in this way, you will not be charged.
